I am a wife and have 2 young girls. We live in Denver, CO and love getting outdoors to play, hike, and swim. Being active as a family is so important - as it shows our young daughters that health is important.

Together, we can give kids and families in our most at-risk communities the most powerful gift of all: the ability to transform their health and wellness destiny.
